CONCORD, WHERE ARE YOU?

HPD does a great job.

Concord needs to reimburse for services on state property.   Fire and public works as well.  Why is it all funded by local taxpayers?

Ask for $2 - $3 million annually.  Yet crickets from the lazy selectmen when this is brought up.
