🚨 ANY STATE. ANY DRIVER’S LICENSE. VOTE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE? CONCORD, WHERE ARE THE INHABATANCY SAFEGUARDS?
NEW HAMPSHIRE ELECTION LAW: YOU CAN COME FROM ANY STATE AND VOTE HERE!
READ THAT AGAIN.
New Hampshire law allows a person to present an out-of-state driver's license or nondriver identification card as acceptable photo identification when voting.
Under RSA 659:13, the qualifying identification can be issued by ANY state in the United States.
That means you do NOT need a New Hampshire driver's license to vote here.
But let's be absolutely clear: New Hampshire law still requires voters to establish New Hampshire domicile under RSA 654:1 and meet the voter-registration requirements.
HERE IS THE REAL QUESTION
How effectively is Concord verifying that someone presenting an out-of-state ID has actually established legal domicile in New Hampshire?
Accepting identification from any state makes meaningful enforcement of the domicile requirement critically important.
Where are the audits? Where is the transparency? Where is the accountability? Why wont New Hampshire turn their voter rolls over to the feds??
NEW HAMPSHIRE TAXPAYERS AND VOTERS DESERVE ANSWERS.
Why should anyone have confidence in an election system if the state cannot demonstrate that its residency requirements are being properly enforced?
CONCORD: EXPLAIN THE SAFEGUARDS. SHOW THE RECORDS. PROVE THE SYSTEM WORKS.
